We have a 6-room refrigeration plant with a temperature capability of -30 °C. The building, which fulfils all the current EU recommendations, is situated in the port distribution center near the Bulgarian Quay. Any refrigerated products may be stored there at a temp. of -22 °C, with constant supervision from the City Veterinary Office. We have veterinary certificates that are necessary for exporting to EU countries, as well as to countries outside EU. The microbiological safety of the products stored in our plant is enhanced by a HACCAP system, implemented in 2004.

The area of each room is 900 m², which amounts to 5400 m² for the whole building. Each room may store up to 1000 tonnnes of product. Modern Hyster and BT fork lifts are used at the plant.
